Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II & C700 Mark II Coming in 2023

According to latest Canon rumors, Canon is going to announce at least two new Cinema EOS cameras in 2023. One of them will be the previously mentioned Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II and the other one is Cinema EOS C700 Mark II. The C200 MKII rumored to be announced around NAB Show 2023 in April, while the Cinema EOS C700 Mark II is expected to be available around IBC 2023 in September.

Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II to be Released in 2023

According to latest Canon rumors, there will be several new Cinema EOS camera coming in 2023. One of them would be the already confirmed Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II.

Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II is expected to position between EF and RF mounts. The EF mount comes off to reveal the RF mount. Below you can see the rumored specs of Canon Cinema EOS C200 Mark II:

  • Same image sensor as the Cinema EOS C300 Mark III
  • Same connection ports as the Cinema EOS C300 Mark III
  • Timecode
  • SDI Terminals
  • Easily interchangable EF and RF mount
  • Same frame rates and resolution as the Cinema EOS C300 Mark III
