The Canon EOS R6 mirrorless camera was officially announced along with the Canon EOS R5 on July 9, 2020. In addition, the Canon EOS R6 incorporates 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization that compensates for up to an impressive 8 stops of camera shake, which will not only help enhance the ability to hand-hold still images at slower shutter speeds but it will also help to reduce camera shake when recording movies. Dual Pixel CMOS AF offers quick, smooth, and intelligent focusing using 1053 selectable points that cover the entire field of view. Simply put, the Canon EOS R6 is a do-everything, highly versatile mirrorless camera that is ideal for for both photographers and video content creators.
